The UniNet faction is a secret underground organization. It is secret in the sense that nobody knows who is in it and where their HQ is, unless they are part of it, and nobody seems to know who leads them. The existence of UniNet is however known, just nobody can seem to find them. With the exception of the Council of Nine nobody knows who is in charge. The UniNet faction is a close second to Eden faction but on the opposite side of the spectrum. UniNet makes use of the shadows and remain an underground network. UniNet is a mix of the impulsive members and the ones who think through their actions and plan.
 

They believe that in order to establish peace some forms of elimination may be necessary to remove the problems. They will not stop at anything to achieve their goals. They despise Eden and anyone who thinks they are more superior and better than anyone else. They believe they should be in charge of the city because they know the different levels of society and how to keep the peace and help people verses take and give nothing in return.

Their lives are an illusion. They have a front for all the world to know while their true desires are locked away and completed from the shadows. Information and spies are the key to them, knowing everything about anyone and who will get in their way. They are very good at hiding in plain sight.

In this case Eden Industries is their biggest competition. UniNet is a known problem in the city to some, and a welcomed faction to others. While there is no outright war, the fight moves throughout the city and against the unwanted in the shadows

UniNet HQ is located under the city in one of many names "undercity" which can be accessed from the Tram Station opposite of the Central Tram Station.

In order to become a member after your original application IM Travis (viscantus) to find out how to meet him ICly as nobody knows who he is unless they are part of the faction council. He is considered someone of importance but not known to be the leader except by those who know.
