How Do You Rent?

​

In order to rent a home on sim you simply need to look to see what available rentals are available. If you are unsure where they are you can simply ask an admin and they can help you.

 

If you want to rent a business you need to first apply to run a business. You will do this but filling out the business application. If approved the admins will help you to find a location that is suitable to what you are proposing.

 

Rental Rules:

 1.)Be respectful of other roleplayers privacy. No camming,TP entry, spamming objects, or highly scripted items. Complaints will be recorded and may result in loss of rental.

2.)The amount of prims you are allowed is subject to which rental you have. Please refer to your rental choice for more information.

​

3.) Rentals are IC only, please respect this. OOC conversations are to be in IM's only. Sex rp is to be in IMs only in private rentals. Some businesses do have adult content. Please take your rp into IMs if requested.

 

4.) Players may only rent one business per player. Players may have a residential and business rental. 

 

5.)Keep prims inside your rental or just outside it. Please don't rezz them all over the sim.  

 

Available Resident Rentals: 

Central:

10 rentals - 50 prims each $250 L/week

Baywalk:

8 Rentals: 25 prims  $150 L/week

​

Skywalk:

4 Rentals: 25 prims $150 L/week

 

Southside:

10 rentals - 50 prims $250 L/week

​

Northside: 

8 rentals - 70 prims $450 L/week

​

Available Player Business Rentals: 

 

Central: 3 rentals, 50 prims-250 L/week.
 

Southside: 3 rentals, 50 prims-250 L/ week

​

Northside: 5 rentals, 50 prims- 250 L/week

​

Cars: You may now own a car on sim and purchase a "licence" to use it. These prices and prims are separate from your other rentals. You can rent the prims for 50 prims 250/week. You can find the rental area in the Welcome Center next to the OOC Classroom.

Please note, available rentals are subject to change at any time.If you are interested in renting a residential or player owned business please speak with Nyhm (ryhn.akiri),Kenzie Hall (airuhlagertha).

 

Please also note that player owned businesses must be open to the public and require an application process.

You will need a group invite to the land group if you plan to rent. Please IM an admin for invite.

SL Merchant/Creator Vendor Rentals:

​

25 prims for 25 L

50 prims for 50 L

​

Depending on prim availability at time of purchase the alloted prims may vary.

All merchants must have items and decor within themes of the sim or close:
Cyberpunk, Modern, Sci Fi, Fantasy(not medieval fantasy), Futuristic, metropolis, roleplay, urban, post apoc

​

If you have a store you may include your LM within your section of the rental space. 

Please keep in mind we are a roleplay sim so things within our theme directed to roleplayers are most important.
